About Me

Hello! I'm Tamer Vassib, a Computer Science student at Newcastle University. I'm passionate about building complex, user-focused software from the ground up.

I enjoy applying my skills to personal projects. My main projects include 'Paradox', a mobile game I'm developing in C#/Unity, and an encrypted messenger over the Tor network using Python. I find these hands-on projects are the best way to learn.

While I enjoy the challenge of solo development, I am also keen to experience working in a collaborative team. I'm currently seeking a 10-12 month industrial placement starting in Summer 2026 where I can join a technical team and help build great products.
